It is with great joy that we inform you of a recent court victory achieved against ANFI, where the High Court of Las Palmas (section n. 3) has declared our clients contract null and void invoking a recent Supreme Court verdict.
The presiding judges of the High Court continue to implement the jurisprudence from the highest ranking court in Spain when confirming that selling floating weeks is illegal as the clients´interests can not be guaranteed in a system which is not regulated by the law.
Our client will be receiving 50.000€ plus interests plus legal fees.
