We are thrilled to announce that the HIGH COURT number 3 of Tenerife has declared one of our clients contract NULL AND VOID with SILVERPOINT.
The Judges confirmed the first instance sentence by which our client has been released from her timeshare burden signed up with RESORT PROPERTIES.
The magistrates not only verified that Silverpoint is indeed responsible for the contracts undersigned with Resort Properties but considered these agreements illegal by adapting the Spanish Timeshare law.

The High Court has applied the recent SUPREME COURT RULINGS we achieved when indicating that the timeshare rights sold for a period over 50 years are illegal.
We are pleased to see that, as expected, the High Courts in Spain are following the criteria of the Surpeme Court, which are already leading to many more victories to our clients, who were misled when buying their timeshare.
