We are delighted to inform our clients that a total of 9 cases represented by Canarian Legal Alliance have been accepted into review by the Highest Court of Spain, the Madrid Supreme Court.
This fantastic news follows two recent Supreme Court rulings achieved by our law firm, which previously set out precedent laws for the sale of timeshare in certain formats, specifically relating to contracts lasting in excess of 50 years and those who inventory consists of a floating time structure.
The Supreme Court of Madrid is not a third instance court and only accepts a very limited number of cases at any one time on very particular subjects.
We are delighted for the families involved in these cases who will see much deserved attention focused on their particular cases.
We hope that these cases like the 2 others before them, will create further powerful legal precedents that will benefit Spanish timeshare consumers Europe wide.
