Today we have another pay out from Anfi.
This time our English clients will be celebrating after winning their case against Anfi and receiving 11.308€ into their bank account!!
In a case that directly follows the same path as our clients from Tuesday’s post, these clients received their money from an embargo secured by CLA against a tax refund Anfi was going to receive.
Again our clients won their case in the court of the first instance, this time SBT no 1 but as usual we had to go through the same shenanigans……….see post from Tuesday………
The important point for today is that the case is concluded and our clients have received their court awarded compensation – so congratulations to them and to the whole team at CLA who made this happen
