Today High Court No5 again dismissed an appeal from Anfi who continue to challenge the ruling of the Courts of the First Instance.
As expected the High Court no 5 fully supported the ruling for the Court of The First Instance who had awarded our clients 27,729.43€ plus costs plus interest in a claim that included double deposits.
