As we approach the end of another year we would like to look back and share with you some of the highlights of 2022.
For those of you who have been regular readers of our news section you won’t be surprised to know that once again Canarian Legal Alliance has achieved some amazing results in the courts throughout Spain.
We proudly continue to be Europe’s leading timeshare litigators with over 2400 live cases.
This year we helped our clients achieve more than 440 victories in both the first instance, high court and mercantile courts. That’s another 440 cases where our clients ’contracts were declared null and void and where the corresponding compensations were awarded.
The jurisprudences our law firm achieved continues to be upheld by the Supreme Court who frequently rejects to even study appeals against High Court rulings. The rulings we achieved were soo strong, clear and unambiguous that they have been a force against many challenges.
To date we are delighted to announce that Canarian Legal Alliance has now paid out over 8.3 MILLION EUROS to our clients AND with further funds already secured in the courts this amount is set to increase.
Moreover, we continue to represent our clients in the liquidation procedure of Silverpoint and of Club La Costa AND we have taken the leading role in the administration procedure against Anfi thereby ensuring that our clients will have the best possible outcome.
Finally, we are delighted to see that many Judges continue to pass resolutions at their preliminary hearings without the need to go to trial which means the cases progress much faster for our clients.
This outstanding work would not be possible without the continued dedication and commitment of the whole team at CLA, and we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to them.
