We are also managed to secure 970.000 € in Bank Guarantees ( all from Spanish banks ) mainly from ANFI claims, all these guarantees can be cashed in once the sentence is firm, in most times once the High Court / Appeal court confirms the first instance rulings
Furthermore, we have currently embargoed over 908.000 € in cash which is held by all courts in SBT and hopefully will be released to our clients soon, NOTE: this cash holdings are from various different resorts here in GC, like Anfi, Palm Oasis, Airtours Beach club ( now BlueBay ), Holiday club Amadores
