High Court No 5 has dismissed another appeal from Diamond Resort Europe.
In full support of the original ruling passed by the First Instance Court SBT No 1 the High Court confirmed that our client’s contract should remain null and void and ordered Diamond Resorts to repay our clients 11.567€ PLUS COSTS
