It is with great pride that Canarian Legal Alliance shares with you yet another Silverpoint High Court victory.
The magistrates in the High Court N4 of Tenerife have declared our clients Silverpoint contract null and void on the basis that it did not include a tangible object. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 a timeshare must include a series of specific information such as a concrete apartment or an exact time of the year.
Our clients will now be refunded over £10,000 plus legal interests.
