“HOORAY, I won my trial against Anfi Del Mar!..”

“… I entered into an agreement with Canarian Legal Alliance to provide me with assistance for my claim against Anfi Del Mar. My contract contained one floating week at Monte Anfi that had caused me issues ever since I originally purchased it. I was seeking to recuperate my money and get my contract declared null & void.
After an advance payment of legal costs I was summoned to court in Playa Del Ingles in June of 2013.
Throughout the entirety of my case I received excellent support from the CLA staff, receiving regular updates and guidance. I was particularly pleased with the communication, which was all handled in Norwegian, a big plus to for me as my command of English can be limited at times.
Although the case took significant time to resolve itself due to bureaucracy of the Spanish Legal system, after various stages of appeals I finally received news that I had won my court case against Anfi del Mar in July on 2015.
On the 30th of July, 2015 I received 164,772.55 NOK paid directly into my account as restitution for Anfi´s miss selling.
