Having already pronounced themselves on several occasions, the highest-ranking court in Spain has ruled yet again in favour of clients who have been sold illegal timeshare contracts. The judges stated that the main concern for nullity was the length of the contract. The Supreme Court could not be clearer on this matter, timeshare contracts must be valid for no longer than 50 years, as specified under the Spanish Timeshare of 42/98.
