The highest ranking court in Spain with this verdict has confirmed an earlier ruling from the begininng of this year. In these sentences, in accordance with the timeshare law, the court has confirmed that selling timeshare for a period longer than 50 years is illegal.
This second sentence has a great importance for all timeshare members, as it has now converted our precedent timeshare sentence into jurisprudence. A jurisprudence in the Spanish legal system acts as the main criteria, the directive to interpret a specific law.
This gives the guideline for the judges for all future cases they have to decide on, speeding up the time for the final resolutions, and of course for the PAYOUTS.
With this judgment we are sure that we will see many more victories in the name of misled timeshare owners, just as we already did in the past.
