SUPREME COURT REJECTS REQUEST FROM ANFI FOR CLARIFICATION OF RULING

Since sharing our ground breaking news with you on the 1st April ANFI were quick to issue a statement “questioning” certain aspects of the ground breaking High Court ruling in favour of our client.

Unbelievably ANFI suggested that in some way the Supreme Court had made an “error” and in support of this they submitted a paper to the High Court requesting “clarification” of certain points.

As we reported at the time Judges in the Spanish  Supreme Court were unanimous in declaring the contract of ANFI null and void and in the opinion of our entire legal team their ruling was extremely clear and totally unambiguous.

Today we are able to announce that once again the judges in the Supreme Court of Madrid were again unanimous in rejecting Anfis request for any further clarification and we can now look forward to a speedy settlement for our clients.

As you will see from recent news feeds the Supreme Court ruling is having a hugely positive impact on all our pending cases. This is excellent news for our clients. As both the courts of the first instance and the high courts of the second instance start to apply the Supreme Court ruling our clients’ claims are coming to a speedy and positive conclusion.
