The highest ranking court of Spain has yet again reaffirmed its stance on the selling of floating weeks by timeshare companies, deeming them illegal. The criteria used by the Supreme Court included the fact that no specific apartment number or date was given to the clients when they purchased their timeshare.
Not only has our clients contract been declared null and void but the Supreme Court has ordered Anfi to return a total of 49,791 euros’plus legal fees and legal interest.
