One of our clients´ timeshare / membership contract which has been signed with LEISURE LINK S.L., -FULL CIRCLE HOLIDAYS has been declared null and void. In passing his sentence the judge in Fuerteventura, Spain declared that the client’s contract contained numerous violations of the Timeshare Law and ordered the companies to repay our client all the money they had paid which was over 180.000€ PLUS all their legal fees PLUS any interest accrued.
