The presiding judges of the High Court n. 3 of Las Palmas has ruled once again in the favour of our clients when declaring their contracts null and void.
In this anfi court ruling the judge invoked a recent Supreme Court ruling the verdict confirms that floating weeks are not recognised by the law, therefore they are illegal.
In their ruling the judges mandated that Anfi must refund our clients the more than 35,000€ plus interest,.
