Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to inform you that Court n 3 of Maspalomas has just declared another Anfi contract null and void siding in favour of the complaint put forward by our client.
Invoking the two recent Supreme Court rulings as a precedent, the verdict confirms that timeshare contracts sold for longer than 50 years, and floating weeks are illegal, something now firmly established in the Spanish Timeshare law originally based off the EU Timeshare Directive.
In their ruling which came out just two months after the hearing, the judge mandated that Anfi must refund our clients more than 23,000€ plus accrued interests and legal fees. We would like to congratulate to our clients and the entire legal team on this great victory!
