This money was awarded to our clients by the High Court of Las Palmas after they won their legal battle against Anfi.
We have provided a copy of the court document informing us that ANFI has already deposited the required funds with the court in preparation for it to be released to the clients.
After the necessary bureaucratic steps have been completed, our clients will be transferred this money by the courts along with any corresponding interested awarded to them.
