High Court number 2 of Las Palmas have declared null and void the contracts of yet another one of our Anfi Resorts timeshare clients.
This decision was based on the now clearly understood position laid down by the Supreme Court in which floating weeks, under the law are illegal, on the basis that the object, in this instance the weeks and the apartment are not specified which is an essential part of the contract.
Our client’s contracts have been declared null and void with Anfi Resorts being ordered to repay 25,460 euros plus legal interest.
