What a better way to end the month than to bring you details of three more Supreme Court decisions in favour of our clients against Anfi Resorts. It is clearly stated in timeshare law what is and what is not illegal and the Supreme Court have verified that on numerous occasions and here again now.
In all three of these most recent cases the Supreme Court our clients contracts have been declared null and void since they all featured floating time and the contract was written in perpetuity, matters on which the courts at all levels of the Spanish judicial system have ruled and found to be illegal.
In total we recovered 76,570€ from Anfi Resorts on behalf of our clients.
This brings to 29 the number of occasions of which the Supreme Court have ruled in favour of our clients and against a range of different timeshare companies.
