Court number 1 in Arona, Tenerife, which has heard our English client`s complaint against Silverpoint / Resort Properties and has declared our their contract null and void.
After looking at all the evidence the magistrate declared our client’s timeshare contract null and void on the basis that it was written in perpetuity. The Supreme Court has been clear in cases such as this, were they have repeatedly stated that a contract must not exceed the allowed 50 years’ period and must follow the Spanish Timeshare law (42/98)
