The judge of court N4 of the High Court in Tenerife declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that it included the “point system”. The Supreme Court has ruled on several occasions that the selling of points are illegal due to them being equivalent to the “selling of smoke”. The magistrate highlighted the lack specificity and tangibility as a main concern for nullity.
