Influenced by the recent Supreme Court sentences the judge of the First Instance Court N1 in Tenerife Arona, declared our clients contracts null and void for being part of the floating system. As stated in the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 a contract must include as much specific information as possible, i.e. location, date and period.
The judge also ordered Resort Properties / Silverpoint refund our clients over £22,736 plus legal interest, as a direct consequence of selling an illegal timeshare contract.
