Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to end yet another successful week with its latest Anfi First Instance Court victory.
Using the numerous sentences handed down by the Supreme Court, the judge of the First Instance Court N2 ruled our clients Anfi contract be declared null on void. The basis for nullity was the inclusion of the perpetuity clause in said contract. As previously stated, under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 a timeshare contracts length must be for no longer than 50 years and must be indicated clearly for the benefit of the client.
The judge also ruled that our clients be refunded a total of 10,860€ plus legal interest.
Congratulations to our clients and to whole legal team involved in this outstanding court victory.
