The judge of the First Instance Court N5 has declared our clients Anfi Resorts timeshare contract null and void. Referencing the latest Supreme Court sentences the magistrate stated the contract sold to our clients is illegal due to its length. Not only is the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 clear, but so is the highest-ranking court in Spain. A timeshare contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must be specified within the contract.
Illegal deposit taking was also condemned by the judge, expressing that a consumer must be given a cooling off period where no funds can be taken.
