The judges of the High Court N4 in Fuengirola, Malaga have declared our clients Petchey Leisure timeshare contract null and void, on the basis that the contract itself did not include enough specificity. The Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 is clear on matters such as these, when issuing a contract, it must include information such as date, time and location, and must be clearly indicated within its terms and conditions.
