The judge of the First Instance N5 declared our clients Silverpoint contract null and void on the basis that it did not fulfil the requirements needed under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. The law is clear a contract must include specific information such as a date, location…. and must be specified clearly within the contract itself.
