Our clients Silverpoint contracts have been declared null and void and by the judge of the High Court N3 on the basis that it exceeded the allowed length of a timeshare contract, under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. A timeshare contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must specified clearly for the benefit of the consumer.
Silverpoint has been ordered to refund over £26,000 plus legal interest.
