As is custom in Canarian Legal Alliance, we are pleased to share another First Instance Court victory against no other than Anfi Resorts.
The Judge of Court N4 in Maspalomas ruled our German clients Anfi Resorts contract null and void on the basis that it exceeded the allowed length under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. A timeshare contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must be detailed clearly on the contract for the benefit of the consumer.
Our German clients will now be receiving over 66,602€ is compensation plus legal interests.
