We are delighted to be kicking off this new week, indeed this new month, with ANOTHER Anfi payout!!
Today congratulations go to our English clients who will be celebrating after receiving 10.471€ into their bank account.
This is yet another case where our clients won their case in the court of the First Instance SBT1 and just like previous cases – of which there have been many – there was absolutely no doubt as to the illegality of their contract. The Judge took no time in applying the rulings which have been firmly and clearly established by the Supreme Court of Madrid. But predictably Anfi still appealed this decision………. an appeal they surely know they will lose? So until our clients ruling is confirmed by the High Court they CLA has secured their pay out.
This is also another payout received from the embargo CLA secured against a sizable tax refund Anfi were due to receive.

A final thought for today……..this month marks the start of the Chinese New Year – and this year is the year of the Ox. In Chinese culture, the Ox is a valued creature because Oxen are honest and earnest. They are low key and never look for praise or to be the centre of attention. This often hides their talent, but they’ll gain recognition through their hard work………….
