Today we are bringing you the news of yet ANOTHER failed attempt by Anfi to deny our Norwegian clients the legal redress they are entitled to.
The court of the First Instance SBT 3 took just 5 months to process our clients claim declaring quite clearly that, according to the statute defined by The Supreme Court of Madrid, our clients contract with Anfi was null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients 51.567€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
Predictably, and with the sole intention of delaying the payment for as long as possible, Anfi launched an appeal.
Of course their appeal was dismissed as the High Court No5 confirmed the previous sentence passed by the court of the First Instance and demanded also that Anfi repay our clients 51.567€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
