Today we are delighted to be sharing with you ANOTHER High Court victory for another Norwegian client.
Our clients won their claim against Anfi in the courts of the First Instance SBT 5 when the Judge declared our clients’ contract with Anfi null and void and demanded FULL repayment of all amounts paid PLUS DOUBLE the amounts paid in illegal deposits.
Of course Anfi appealed this decision……and of course they lost their appeal………………..
High Court No 5 100% confirmed the sentence passed by the court of the first instance and also demanded the repayment of 47,489€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
CLA will now proceed to expedite the collection of these funds.
