Today we are delighted to be sharing with you yet ANOTHER Anfi pay out!!
This time our German clients will be celebrating after receiving 13.850€ in settlement of their claim against Anfi.
Again, our clients had to suffer the deliberate delays caused by Anfi…..
Despite claiming victory in the court of the First Instance SBT 4 where the Judge ruled in our clients favour ordered Anfi to pay back the monies they had paid plus costs plus interest Anfi once again used their legal right to appeal the decision…..
As all of our regular readers know this is just a tactic employed by Anfi to delay the proceedings, and more importantly the pay-out to our clients, for as long as possible………
Time and time again Anfi launch appeals they know they will lose…..
This case was no different………….and as expected the appeal from Anfi was dismissed by High Court No3 who unequivocally supported the ruling originally passed by the court of the First Instance and again demanded that our clients be repaid back the monies they had paid plus costs plus even more interest.
Congratulations again to our German clients who can relax in the knowledge that their battle with Anfi is over and the money they paid plus interest is now safely back in their bank account.
Regardless of the delaying tactics employed by Anfi the most important thing is THE RESULT.
