We are absolutely delighted to be kicking off this week with yet ANOTHER Anfi pay out!!!
Today our English clients will already be celebrating after receiving 11.524€ in settlement of their claim against Anfi.
Our clients won their claim against Anfi in the court of the First Instance SBT 2 where the Judge declared our clients’ contract with Anfi Null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients all the money they had paid.
As our regular readers know Anfi appeals every ruling……… and as our regular readers also know they lose all their appeals……..
This case was no different……..
Anfi appealed the ruling from the court of the First Instance only to have their appeal rejected by the High Court…… no surprise there!!!
However frustrating it is for us and our clients that Anfi CONTINUE to play these games all that really matters to us is the end result – FULL REPAYMENT for our client.
Congratulations to our English clients who can relax in the knowledge that their case against Anfi is now concluded and the 11.524€ pay-out is back in their bank account.
