Yesterday the 5th of December a news report was issued in which an agreement with regards to that of Anfi Group shares was announced. In said report, it has been confirmed that Manual Santana Cazorla (part owner of the Cazorla Group) and owner of 50% of Anfi shares, has reached an agreement with IFA Lopesan to sell his part in its totality.
What this now means is that the IFA Lopesan has gone from owning 50% of the Anfi group to being its majority shareholder.
This does not affect the claims of our clients in any way, as whoever is the owner of the company has the same responsibilities as the previous owner.
