As we approach the end of another year we would like to look back and share with you some of the highlights of 2024.
CLA continues to be Europe’s leading timeshare litigator with over 2000 live cases, having achieved over 120 victories in the courthouses of Spain in the past year. The awarded fees for these victories are over the 5 million Euro figure!
The Supreme Court keeps frequently rejecting the appeals presented by the timeshare companies, arguing the irrelevance of it, as their jurisprudence has been settled in the past years. This reduces the litigation time for our clients.
Moreover, we continue to represent our clients in the mercantile courts against companies who are in administration, increasing the portfolio of the services we provide.
This portfolio includes all kinds of litigation and mediation services, as well as assistance for those wishing to invest in property in Spain.
