Canarian Legal Alliance start to the year has been nothing short of outstanding, being able to boast of having more than 43 favourable sentences throughout different courts in Spain.
The sentences have been achieved against several resorts such as Anfi, Silverpoint and Club La Costa, in which the judges have continuously condemned the selling of illegal timeshare contracts and rewarded consumers with a full refund.
In January alone, the courts have already ordered resorts return our clients of different nationalities a total of 1,565,296€ plus their respective legal fees and legal interests.
