High Court No 5 have again dismissed another appeal from Anfi.
This time it is respect of our English clients’ claim whose case was originally won in the court of the First Instance SBT3. The First Instance court ruled that our clients contract should be declared null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients 25.249€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES. As expected, the High Court fully supported this ruling and showed no hesitation in throwing out Anfis appeal.
