In this case our client was solely seeking compensation for Anfi Resorts illegal deposit taking. The Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 states that monies must not be taken from the consumer in the first 14 days as this serves as a cooling off period.
Anfi illegal deposit taking who condemned by the judge, who ordered them refund all monies paid within the cooling off period in double, a total of 55,200€ plus legal interest.
