Today we are delighted to be kicking off the week with ANOTHER Anfi pay out!!
This time it is our English clients who will be celebrating after receiving 15.851€ in settlement of their claim against Anfi.
The journey for our Anfi clients is the same in every case……
Despite claiming victory in the court of the First Instance when SBT No 2 declared their contract null and void and ordered Anfi to pay them back all monies they had paid plus costs plus interest they had to wait until Anfi played the appeal game………which as all our readers know is just a tactic employed by Anfi to delay the proceedings, and more importantly the pay-out to our clients, for as long as possible………
As expected the appeal from Anfi was dismissed by High Court No5 who unequivocally supported the ruling originally passed by the court of the First Instance and again declared our clients contract null and void and again demanded that our clients be repaid back in full plus costs plus even more interest.
Congratulations again to our English clients who can relax in the knowledge that their battle with Anfi is over and the money they paid plus interest is now safely back in their bank account.
