It’s another week, another month, another Anfi Victory.
This time the court of the First Instance SBT2 declared our clients’ contracts null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our Norwegian clients 33.746€ PLUS INTEREST.
In calculating the awarded amount the Judge awarded double the amounts for deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period.
In yet another speedy case the court decided that NO TRIAL was necessary and took less than 10 MONTHS to rule in favour of our clients.
