Today we are kicking off the week with ANOTHER Anfi victory – This time for our German clients.
The court of the first Instance SBT2 continues to make clear and decisive judgements in declaring BOTH our clients contracts with Anfi null and void and awarding them 47.603€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS
In passing sentence the Judge demanded repayment of 45.303€ in respect of amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 2.300€ in respect of deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to 47.603€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.
Following recent events CLA will now proceed to collect these fees through the Mercantile Court.
