Congratulations today go to our German clients after claiming victory against Anfi.
This time it was the court of the First Instance SBT2 who were clear when passing their sentence.
After declaring our clients’ contract with Anfi null and void they demanded a full repayment of 48.472€ PLUS INTEREST.
As we discussed in yesterday’s case we fully expect Anfi to appeal this decision and of course, we fully expect that this appeal will fail…….Again The Judge has passed this sentence by applying the laws which have been clearly and unequivocally established by the Supreme Court…….
Until the sentence is confirmed by the High Court then as a matter of standard practice CLA will apply to the court for a provisional execution of these funds. This will force Anfi to deposit these funds with the court thereby securing them for our clients until their delaying tactics come to an end……
