Let’s finish off the week with another great Anfi Victory!
Today we are delighted to be congratulating our Swiss clients whose contract with Anfi was successfully declared null and void by the court of the First Instance SBT 3.
The Judge ordered Anfi to repay our clients 50,498€ PLUS INTEREST
This case was accepted by the court in December 2019 and listed for trial in March 2020 – so just 3 months later. Unfortunately the trail was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic which crippled the entire world for almost 4 months but once the courts resumed the Judge declared that no trail was needed and ruled in our clients favour. In reality this means that this case took just 5 months in total to process through the judicial system – fantastic news for our clients and for us!
