Today we are delighted to be announcing the receipt of yet another bank guarantee from Anfi.
Congratulations to our English clients who won their case in the court of the First Instance SBT 3 and whose funds are now 100% secure until their sentence is confirmed by the High Court.
It took only 6 MONTHS to process this case through the Court of the First Instance where sentencing was swift and clear. However, as we have come to expect, Anfi launched an appeal they know they will lose in order to gain some time so we requisitioned a bank guarantee to secure our clients funds until the judicial process is concluded. The court duly obliged so now the issue is not IF our clients will get paid, rather WHEN they will get paid.
