Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to inform you that High Court n 5 of Las Palmas has just declared another Anfi contract null and void siding in favor of the complaint put forward by our client.
Invoking the recent Supreme Court rulings as a precedent, the verdict confirms that timeshare contracts with floating weeks are illegal, something now firmly established in the Spanish Timeshare law originally based off the EU Timeshare Directive.
In their ruling the judges mandated that Anfi must refund our clients more than 46,000€ plus accrued interests.
