It is with great enthusiasm that we share our latest victory.
We are delighted to announce that this time High Court N4 of Tenerife has sided with one of our clients against the resort Silverpoint and mandated that the clients be repaid approximately 20,000€ plus interest and legal costs.
This victory marks a monumental step for all our Silverpoint/Resort Properties clients as it represents a serious change in direction by the Tenerife courts after our groundbreaking ruling from the Supreme Court earlier this year.
Once again the judges have applied the criteria laid out by both Supreme Court rulings to a Silverpoint/Resort Properties case, creating what will no doubt be a significant precedent for all other clients pursuing their cases against the Resort.
We are thrilled for our clients who will be receiving a full refund, and we expect to see many more cases with a similar outcome in the months to come.
