The Court of the 1st Instance No 5 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has once again cited the recent Supreme Court Judgements. Our clients contract with ANFI has been declared Null and Void.
They had been sold floating weeks and the contract was in perpetuity. These have been declared illegal by the Supreme Court in several cases over the past year. The Court in San Bartolomé has used the fact that these judgements are now Jurisprudence.
The Court has now awarded our clients the sum of 33.000€ including interest and legal expenses. We expect a speedy payout for our clients and wish them well for the future.
