The High Court number 3 of Las Palmas has once again cited the recent Supreme Court Judgements. Our clients contract with ANFI has been declared Null and Void.
They had been sold their timeshare week in perpetuity, and these have been declared illegal by the Supreme Court in several cases over the past year. The High Court has used the fact that these judgements are now Jurisprudence, meaning they are now enshrined in law and that makes no sense for any further appeals.
The Court has now awarded our clients the sum of over 17.200€ plus the interests and legal expenses. We expect a speedy payout for our clients and wish them well for the future.
