Canarian Legal Alliance is pleased to share with you our update in the courts throughout Spain in the month of April.
Our dedicated team has secured a total of 10 victories in various courts across Spain, amounting to an impressive €350,000 in compensation for our clients who are now timeshare and worry free. These victories include judgments against Marriott, Anfi and Restotel with first instance and second instance rulings.
We have also successfully transferred over €232,000 to our clients from monies deposited with the courts following successful judgments.
